Ian Drummond lives in Los Angeles and works where business and technology meet. He helps companies turn big ideas into plans that actually hold up: realistic, sustainable, and worth the spend. He’s usually the one who puts structure around the scramble. He knows who to talk to, how to approach them, and what the next smart move is.
Let’s talk
He started more than 20 years ago as a systems administrator at managed service providers. That’s where he learned that clarity, discipline, and spending wisely aren’t nice-to-haves. They’re how solid organizations actually run.
From there he went to the Cleveland Clinic, first as a systems administrator owning the enterprise LMS, then as a systems analyst on the HRIS team that implemented Infor HCM and Workday.
Most recently he spent six years running Global IT Operations at Talent Systems, a PE-backed mid-size SaaS company in West Hollywood.
Today he works through Park Ave Projects, LLC with businesses that are ready to evolve. He focuses on business systems analysis, technology enablement, vendor management, and spend optimization. When a company is in the middle of change, he helps them grow with a plan that has some purpose behind it, not just more motion.
